> The beta names a responsible party for each registered agent. Registrations with document-signing authority or spending limits above $10,000 require attorney approval.

Vesti launched the Zyra beta Oct. 19, opening a public registry for AI agents that names a responsible person or organization while allowing optional payment references without access to funds.

Each registered agent receives a Zyra ID. Its public record includes a service endpoint, the address used to reach the agent, and a named principal responsible for it. An operator can also attach a private payment account reference for an agent that handles money.

The payment reference does not connect Zyra to the account. It does not move funds, verify balances or enforce a spending limit. Zyra’s endpoint check also does not establish who owns the service address.

Operators declare what their agents may do and set limits on that authority. Those declarations are available to the operator but do not appear in the public registry. Registrations involving document-signing authority or a spending limit above $10,000 are routed for attorney approval.

A Zyra registration creates an identity record within the platform. It does not incorporate an agent, grant it legal personhood or a government license, or shield its principal from liability.

The beta also accepts dispute submissions. Filing one begins an intake process, not a court case. Any AI-generated recommendation then goes through separate attorney review.
