LogosFi, Inc. opened a testnet for a service that lets financial institutions examine evidence about tokenized assets and stablecoins before accepting them for custody, lending or payments.

The company introduced the testnet at Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas on Oct. 19. Paysend and Securitize are its first design partners, while LogosFi is targeting early 2027 for its first production workflows.

The service is designed to make information about an asset’s rights, backing, custody and restrictions available for reuse. Through an application programming interface (API), a firm can retrieve that evidence, compare it with its own requirements and keep a record of the information it used.

Representing a financial claim as a digital token does not settle questions about the claim itself or how the underlying asset is held. Institutions considering tokenized assets for custody, lending or payments still need to assess those details. LogosFi’s service is intended to give firms access to shared supporting information while leaving each firm to apply its own standards.

Each institution remains responsible for its policies, compliance checks, valuation and decision on whether to accept an asset. LogosFi CEO Tom Zschach described the approach as “Publish once. Verify anywhere.”

Paysend is helping develop payment and settlement workflows. Securitize is working on workflows for tokenized securities. LogosFi has also opened 10 more design partnerships for custodians, lenders and payment institutions.

The service remains in the testnet stage. LogosFi’s next stated milestone is to begin its first production workflows in early 2027.
