> About one in four people who set up the app use it daily. Zuckerberg said more than a quarter of Muse’s engaged shoppers had average purchase sizes above $200.

Muse has passed 10 million users, giving Meta a growing audience as it develops revenue streams for the personal AI agent, including commerce.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg put daily engagement at roughly 25% of people who finish configuring the app. Shopping is one of Muse’s top activities, he said, alongside tasks tied to email and calendar management.

The total gives a more precise count than the earlier description of Muse’s audience as “millions,” discussed in [coverage of the app’s development as a personal AI agent](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/30008>).

Zuckerberg said more than one-quarter of Muse’s engaged users who shop through the agent had an average purchase size above $200. He said Plaid told Meta that activity through its connector stood out compared with other services. “Plaid told us that they hadn’t seen activity like they’re seeing with their connector on any other service before,” Zuckerberg said. Plaid’s financial technology connector lets Muse assist with purchases made through the app.

Zuckerberg also cited productivity as a popular use, including tasks involving users’ inboxes and calendars. He pointed to Muse Secure VM as a feature designed to protect user data and privacy. A forthcoming feature called Muse Confidential VM is designed to prevent Meta from viewing user content, he said.

Meta plans to offer Muse at no cost to most users, then collect a portion of transactions its agent completes. People who want the service’s most advanced models or additional tokens will have to pay, Zuckerberg said. He expects Muse eventually to surpass the annual revenue Meta now gets from each person using its social apps, currently several hundred dollars per user.

Zuckerberg said Meta is expanding its computing infrastructure with the goal of supporting more than one billion people in the next few years. He said Muse is resource-intensive to operate now but expects its cost efficiency to improve by more than 10 times over the coming year. He said the app could become profitable once its revenue streams reach scale.

Meta also sees Muse as part of its smart glasses strategy. Zuckerberg outlined a possible “Muse network” in which people’s agents could work with those of friends or relatives and communicate with businesses’ agents when users want to make purchases.
