Pendle launched PendleLoop, a tool that pairs leveraged long and short positions with yield looping, giving users new ways to trade tokens and use yield-bearing assets.

Pendle lets users split yield-bearing assets into tradable principal and yield positions. PendleLoop offers leveraged positions in tokens and looping to amplify returns from yield-bearing assets.

The tool brings leveraged trading and yield looping together in one product.

Users can loop Pendle principal tokens (PTs) and yield-bearing assets from other protocols. Pendle plans to expand support.
