> Users must now withdraw through Blast’s Ethereum contract, with a one-day wait. USDB withdrawals also require a separate DAI claim.

Blast’s official withdrawal interface expired Monday, Oct. 26, with about $40.4 million still in its Ethereum bridge, leaving remaining users to use the contract directly to retrieve funds.

Users must now withdraw by interacting directly with Blast’s bridge contract on Ethereum, submitting cryptographic proof and waiting one day for processing. USDB withdrawals also require a separate DAI claim, adding another step for holders of that asset.

Blast has published a guide to help users complete the contract-level withdrawal process. About $40.4 million remained in the official bridge when the interface expired, so those funds now require the contract route for withdrawal.

Earlier in October, Blast announced a gradual shutdown, saying operating costs exceeded revenue from its Layer 2 network. It urged users to move assets to Ethereum’s mainnet by Oct. 26, the same date the interface ended. Users still seeking to withdraw must use the contract-level path now that the deadline has passed.
