Polygon has enabled controls on Open Money Stack that let teams limit the payments an AI agent’s wallet can make and how long its authorization lasts.

Teams can authorize an agent for a specific task, set a budget and expiration date, and have the wallet enforce those limits on-chain. The wallet rejects requests above the budget, outside the approved scope or submitted after authorization expires. Teams can revoke payment access at any time.

Open Money Stack connects fiat funding, wallets, payment routing and blockchain settlement through one platform. It entered technical preview in June 2026 with stablecoin support on Polygon and access to U.S. cash and bank payment rails. Businesses can also use existing wallet, compliance and ledger providers without adopting the full platform.

Polygon added Tether (USDT) payments on TRON to its payment infrastructure Oct. 8, extending the service to businesses using TRON-based balances. [TokenPost’s earlier coverage of the TRON integration](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/27750>) described the payment flows.
