> U.S. customers can use the features in the Amazon Shopping app and on Amazon’s desktop site.

Amazon expanded Alexa for Shopping with more than 100 capabilities for U.S. customers, adding tools to organize lists and registries, manage recurring deliveries and get help with common account questions.

Customers can create or edit shopping lists and gift registries, add items, and move items between lists and registries. They can ask Alexa to skip or pause a Subscribe & Save delivery, change its schedule or update delivery instructions. Other questions can cover refunds, unfamiliar charges, gift card balances, Prime benefits and Audible renewals.

Alexa for Shopping is Amazon’s AI-powered shopping experience on Amazon.com and in the Amazon Shopping app. Customers can open it through the Alexa icon in the app or at the top of Amazon’s desktop site. A suggested prompt asks Alexa to show what remains on a wedding registry.

“Our vision for Alexa for Shopping is to make every part of shopping as convenient as possible,” said Rajiv Mehta, Amazon vice president of Conversational Shopping.
