The 823 million USDC figure applies to the Hot Wallet 34 movement, while the later Binance 14 sweep is a distinct transfer.

Binance had paused withdrawals and said user funds were safe amid the suspected incident. The latest development adds a third account to the reported activity, and the repeat Binance 14 sweep establishes that the outflows continued after its first movement. The 40-minute gap separates those two Binance 14 outflows. Hot Wallet 34 accounts for the largest quantified transfer in the account sequence so far.
