# ZachXBT Says Binance and Bitget Theft Funds Reached Same Address

Blockchain investigator ZachXBT said Oct. 30 that funds tied to attacks on Binance and Bitget passed through THORChain before being mixed at the same address. ZachXBT said the movement may indicate the incidents involved the same attacker.

ZachXBT put the Binance-linked stolen funds at about $6.3 billion and the Bitget-linked amount at about $388 million. The destination address was listed as 0x151....eb7.

The transfers connect the incidents through a shared on-chain destination. ZachXBT framed the same-attacker assessment as a possibility.
