> The hardware wallet maker also cut the retention period for shipping information to 90 days and lets customers request deletion after delivery.

Keystone said Friday it is continuing to improve security for its affected-user lookup page after customer feedback, a newly disclosed detail in its response to a breach involving shipping and online order information.

The page lets customers check whether they were affected. Keystone said exposed records included contact details, delivery information and online orders. The company said recovery phrases, private keys and payment information were not exposed.

Shipping information will now be kept for 90 days, down from 180 days, effective immediately. Customers can contact support to request deletion after their orders arrive.

Keystone also said it emailed affected customers and paused all shipments. Partner warehouses, including Amazon warehouses, have begun isolating affected devices.
