> Teng said the exchange has reserved more than $6.34 billion in company funds and plans a full Proof of Reserves report by Monday, Nov. 2.

Binance co-CEO Teng is targeting Sunday, Nov. 1, for the exchange to resume withdrawals after a hack left the service paused. The target sets a near-term date for the return of withdrawals, but it describes a planned restart rather than a completed reopening.

Teng said Binance has reserved more than $6.34 billion in company funds. He also said the exchange plans to publish a full Proof of Reserves report by Monday, Nov. 2. The report deadline follows the withdrawal target by one day.

The timetable links an operational update with a separate reserve disclosure: Binance's stated next step for withdrawals is Sunday, followed by the planned report Monday. Those are the two upcoming dates Teng provided for the exchange's response after the hack. For now, both remain future actions — withdrawals have a target date, and the reserve report has a publication deadline. The Sunday target concerns withdrawals, while Monday's deadline applies to the reserve report; the two steps address separate parts of the exchange's post-hack response.
