Binance co-CEO He Yi rejected an online allegation tying a company engineer to a North Korean agent after the exchange's hot-wallet breach, saying ZachXBT had not made the claim.

AlphaWire's post described an unverified scenario involving an alleged relationship between a Binance DevOps employee and a North Korean agent. The post also relayed an unverified allegation that the employee left a laptop unattended on the day of the attack. The post had drawn more than 220,000 views.
