Initia announced that its Layer 1 network and rollups are back online and operating normally, with cross-chain bridge and trading-platform transfers expected to resume later Monday, Nov. 2.

Withdrawals of the LayerZero OFT assets WETH and AUSD0 will have a 24-hour processing period. Noble USDC withdrawals will be subject to hourly limits. Initia said backing for AUSD0, USDC.n and WETH has been fully restored.

The restart follows a security incident that led Initia to pause its Layer 1 network and rollups. The project had set Nov. 2 as its target for resuming operations. Its earlier [restart plan](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/44447>) included a MoveVM patch that had passed an independent audit, changes to liquidity, isolation of the attacker’s remaining fabricated balances and added safeguards while preserving the existing transaction record.
