> Bridge and trading platform transfers are expected to resume later Monday, while withdrawals for some assets remain subject to processing times or hourly limits.

Initia has restored normal operation across its Layer 1 network and rollups, while bridge and platform transfers remain part of a phased restart and some withdrawals carry processing limits.

Cross-chain bridges and trading platforms are expected to resume transfer functions later Monday, Nov. 2. LayerZero OFT withdrawals involving WETH and AUSD0 are set to take 24 hours to process. Noble USDC withdrawals are subject to an hourly limit.

Collateral backing for AUSD0, USDC.n and WETH has been fully restored. That update covers the backing for all three named assets, while separate withdrawal conditions remain for the services and assets identified above.

The status separates the return of network operations from the reopening of transfer access: the L1 and rollups are online, but bridge and platform transfers are still expected later Monday. The phased restart pairs restored network operations with a 24-hour process for two LayerZero OFT assets and an hourly restriction on Noble USDC withdrawals.
