The four-day conference will take place at the Jio World Centre. Its opening ceremony is scheduled for 11 p.m. ET Nov. 2 to 1:30 a.m. ET Nov. 3 (4-6:30 a.m. UTC Nov. 3). The issuance roundtable is set for 3-3:55 a.m. ET Nov. 4 (8-8:55 a.m. UTC). It will bring together participants arguing for and against changing Ethereum’s issuance policy.
