> The exchange says withdrawals will reopen in batches while deposits remain available. Five stablecoins are already withdrawable on Ethereum.

Binance plans to expand withdrawals for additional crypto assets in stages, with the next phase scheduled for 11 p.m. ET Monday (0400 UTC Tuesday), as it continues restoring services after a security incident.

The plan follows an initial reopening on Nov. 1, when Binance restored withdrawals for some assets and networks. The new phase will not open every asset at once: withdrawals will return in batches, with the order shaped by user demand and the progress of security reviews.

Deposits remain available during the process. Binance warned increased traffic may delay some withdrawals as services return.

The exchange has restored Ethereum-network withdrawals for five stablecoins: RLUSD, USD1, TUSD, FDUSD and XUSD. Those withdrawals are available while the wider reopening continues.

Binance said it will absorb the financial losses caused by stolen funds in the incident and will not pass them to users. This marks Binance’s sixth progress update about service restoration since the incident.
