# Treasure Proposal Sets 173 Million MAGIC Ceiling for DePIN Fund

Treasure’s TIP-63 proposal would establish a Strategic Growth Fund of up to 173 million MAGIC for its DePIN network launch, a plan that could increase the token’s total supply by 49.76%. The proposal is open for community discussion.

If the full amount is minted, MAGIC’s estimated total supply would grow from about 348 million to about 521 million. That calculation excludes a separate plan for ongoing staking emissions.

The proposal calls for an initial 100 million MAGIC mint for the Treasure Foundation on Feb. 3, 2027, if approved. The remaining 73 million would be minted only after the network meets specific milestones.
