These Terms of Use apply to TokenPost, published by TOKENPOST Inc., and its reader features. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Using TokenPost
TokenPost provides news, analysis, market information and reader services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may read public articles without creating an account.
Member features are available to people aged 13 or older who meet the applicable requirements for using them. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account and for protecting access to your Google account and any connected wallet. Use accurate information and do not impersonate another person, a reporter or TokenPost staff. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Google sign-in and wallet connections are subject to the relevant provider's terms. Connecting a wallet is optional. A wallet-linking signature verifies ownership; it does not, by itself, authorize a financial transaction. You remain responsible for reviewing any wallet request before approving it.
To request account closure, email info@tokenpost.kr from your sign-in address. Information requests and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
News, market data and automated answers
Our content is provided for general information. It is not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer to trade, or a guarantee of results. Reporting, prices and third-party data can change, be delayed or contain errors. Check publication dates, data timestamps and original sources before relying on information.
Automated summaries and answers can be incomplete or incorrect. They do not replace the original reporting or professional judgment. Digital assets can be volatile, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
We may correct or update stories as new information becomes available. Report factual errors or other editorial concerns to info@tokenpost.kr, including the article URL and the issue.
Content ownership and permitted use
TokenPost and its contributors or licensors retain their rights in the reporting, photographs, graphics, branding and other protected material on the service. You may read, link to and share articles using available sharing features. Uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use, remain available.
Unless permitted by law or a separate license, do not republish complete articles, sell our content, remove attribution, or bypass access restrictions. Contact info@tokenpost.kr for permission or licensing questions.
If you believe content infringes your rights, send the content URL, a description of your work or rights, your contact details and the basis of your claim to the same address.
Community participation
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give TokenPost permission to store, display, reproduce and technically format it as needed to operate the community and present your contribution. You must have the rights needed to submit it.
Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, private information about others, impersonation, scams, spam or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to compromise the service, evade security controls or disrupt access for others.
We may remove contributions or limit access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks or legal obligations. We do not promise to review every contribution before it appears. To report a concern or ask about an account restriction, contact info@tokenpost.kr.
Third-party services
Links, social posts, videos, polls, advertisements and market tools may be supplied by other organizations. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement. Those organizations control their own services, terms and privacy practices. We do not control external content or guarantee that it will remain available.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free information. Features may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections.
