Vaulta, formerly known as EOS Network, has partnered with Fosun Wealth Holdings to accelerate blockchain adoption in Hong Kong’s financial sector. The collaboration focuses on FinChain, a virtual asset business developed by Fosun Wealth, which is part of the global conglomerate Fosun International, known for its holdings across insurance, healthcare, and finance sectors in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

As part of the deal, Vaulta will deploy its comprehensive BankingOS infrastructure, while its digital banking arm, exSat, will operate as the on-chain layer enabling digital asset issuance, yield generation, and crypto payments. This integration positions Vaulta and exSat to leverage Fosun’s financial licenses and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization capabilities to scale regulated blockchain banking services.

Zhao Chen, Director of Digital Assets at Fosun Wealth, emphasized that Vaulta and exSat provide the core technology and vision needed to realize FinChain’s next-generation financial offerings. The partnership signifies a strategic move in Vaulta’s broader rebranding efforts and expansion into institutional-grade Web3 finance.

This initiative is expected to drive further collaborations aimed at developing digital financial infrastructure throughout Asia and globally. The alignment of Vaulta’s blockchain-native tools with Fosun’s regulatory and operational strengths sets the stage for broader adoption of decentralized finance within traditional financial frameworks.

By combining digital banking, tokenized assets, and regulated platforms, FinChain represents a significant step toward bridging traditional finance with the emerging Web3 ecosystem in one of Asia’s leading financial hubs.
