MARA Holdings Appoints Nir Rikovitch as Chief Product Officer to Drive Innovation

Bitcoin mining firm MARA Holdings (NASDAQ: MARA) has named Nir Rikovitch as its new Chief Product Officer, signaling a major push to strengthen its product development and commercial strategy. Rikovitch will lead efforts to craft a comprehensive product roadmap that bridges engineering capabilities with evolving market demands.

MARA CEO Fred Thiel praised Rikovitch’s background in product leadership and autonomous technologies, noting his focus on orchestration, efficiency, and reliability. “Nir’s expertise makes him the ideal leader to shape MARA’s product vision and elevate our commercial impact,” Thiel said.

Rikovitch brings deep experience in robotics, machine learning, and product innovation. He previously served as Director of Product Management at Blue River Technology, a subsidiary of John Deere. At Blue River, he co-founded the autonomy division and spearheaded strategies for self-operating construction equipment and advanced driver-assistance systems.

Commenting on his new role, Rikovitch emphasized the importance of energy-conscious innovation in digital infrastructure. “At MARA, we’re fusing scale with smarter energy practices,” he said, highlighting a mission that integrates energy efficiency with cutting-edge technology.
