ARK Invest continued increasing its position in Bullish (BLSH) shares on Thursday, marking the fourth consecutive day of purchases by Cathie Wood’s investment firm. The latest acquisition brought ARK’s total investment in the crypto-focused company to approximately $12.5 million since Monday, based on disclosed closing prices.

Bullish, the parent company of CoinDesk, has attracted growing attention from institutional investors despite recent market volatility. On Thursday, BLSH stock closed slightly lower at $35.96, slipping 0.2% during the trading session. Over the past two weeks, however, the stock has dropped more than 17% as the broader cryptocurrency market faced selling pressure.

Bitcoin also struggled to maintain momentum during the same period, failing to break above the key $80,000 resistance level. The leading cryptocurrency traded near $77,131, reflecting cautious investor sentiment across the digital asset sector. Weakness in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies has negatively impacted crypto-related stocks, including exchanges, mining firms, and blockchain companies.

ARK Invest has historically used market downturns as an opportunity to accumulate shares in companies tied to the crypto industry. Cathie Wood remains one of the most well-known supporters of blockchain technology and digital assets, often increasing exposure during periods of uncertainty when valuations decline.

The continued buying activity suggests ARK sees long-term growth potential in Bullish despite short-term market challenges. Investors are closely watching whether institutional demand for crypto equities will strengthen if bitcoin regains momentum in the coming weeks.

As cryptocurrency markets remain volatile, ARK’s aggressive buying strategy highlights continued confidence in the future of digital assets and blockchain-focused businesses.
