Tiger Global disclosed 2,999,000 shares of Cerebras Class A common stock valued at $662.779 million as of June 30, highlighting the investment firm’s exposure to the artificial-intelligence chipmaker.

The quarterly Form 13F was filed Aug. 14. It shows the shares’ quarter-end value but does not disclose the purchase price, purchase dates or whether the holding changed after June 30.

The disclosure follows Tiger Global’s role as lead investor in Cerebras’ $1 billion Series H financing announced Feb. 3. The funding valued Cerebras at approximately $23 billion after the round and included Benchmark, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Atreides Management, Alpha Wave Global, Altimeter, AMD, Coatue and 1789 Capital.

The financing involved 11,394,059 preferred shares sold at $89.0156 each. Cerebras develops AI processors, including its Wafer Scale Engine 3.

A separate Schedule 13G filed in May listed 3,496,222 Cerebras shares collectively beneficially owned by Tiger Global Management LLC and Charles P. Coleman III, equal to 9.99% of the company’s Class A common stock. That filing included 497,222 shares issuable upon conversion of Class B common stock.

Tiger Global Investments, L.P. separately listed 2,999,000 shares, or 8.69% of the class, in the same filing. The 13F and Schedule 13G use different reporting structures and do not establish how the holdings relate to one another.

The $662.779 million figure represents the reported quarter-end value of the shares, not confirmed investment capital. The filings also do not show whether Tiger Global changed its Cerebras holding after June 30.
