Binance Offers $800,000 XRP to Ripple USD (RLUSD) Holders
The four-week campaign starts Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET, but residents of the United States and its territories are ineligible.
Binance will distribute $800,000 worth of XRP through a four-week campaign for eligible Ripple USD (RLUSD) holders, while residents of the United States and its territories are excluded.
The campaign begins Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET (Sept. 25, 00:00 UTC) and ends Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. ET (Oct. 23, 00:00 UTC). Eligible users will share the $800,000 XRP prize pool across four scheduled distributions.
Rewards are scheduled to be distributed by 2 p.m. ET (18:00 UTC) on Oct. 2, Oct. 9, Oct. 16 and Oct. 23. The distribution timing may change.
Qualifying RLUSD balances may be held in Spot, Funding, Earn Flexible Savings or Margin accounts. Participants must maintain at least 0.01 RLUSD in an Earn or Margin account.
Binance will calculate rewards using the lowest RLUSD balance recorded in hourly snapshots each day and each holder’s seven-day average qualifying balance.
An incremental RLUSD balance increase receives a 1.2x multiplier. RLUSD subscribed to Simple Earn Flexible Savings receives a 1.1x multiplier. Meeting both conditions produces a 1.3x multiplier on the incremental amount.
The effective annual percentage rate and XRP value for each distribution were not set in advance. Those figures will be updated on each distribution date.
