Nscale Files for NYSE IPO as Revenue Reaches $140.6 Million
The AI cloud services provider posted a $1.02 billion net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2026.

Nscale has filed for an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL, adding an AI cloud services company to the U.S. public markets.
The company reported $140.6 million in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Its net loss reached $1.02 billion during the period, compared with a $368.9 million loss a year earlier.
Revenue increased from $10.4 million in the same period last year, a gain of 1,252%. The proposed listing would give U.S. investors a new public-market company to track.
Nscale was separated from crypto mining company Arkon Energy in 2024. The company’s next step is to proceed with the New York Stock Exchange IPO process under the NSCL ticker.
