Strategy Sets Oct. 28 Vote on Daily Dividends for Four Preferred Securities
The proposal covers STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD and requires approval from holders of a majority of the voting power of Strategy’s outstanding common stock.

Strategy will hold a special stockholders meeting Oct. 28 to vote on amendments that would allow daily dividend payments for four U.S.-listed preferred securities, a change intended to shorten the time between when dividends are earned and received.
The proposal covers STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD. It is intended to improve liquidity, trading efficiency and the timing of reinvestment.
STRC changed to semi-monthly dividend payments in June. The new proposal would extend daily dividend payments across all four securities.
Approval requires the affirmative vote of holders of a majority of the voting power of all outstanding common stock. The vote will take place at the special stockholders meeting on Oct. 28.
