Strategy and Strive Buy 6,403 Bitcoin for $512.7 Million

Strategy and Strive bought a combined 6,403 Bitcoin (BTC) for approximately $512.7 million during separate purchase windows from Aug. 24 through Aug. 30, adding to the companies’ corporate cryptocurrency treasuries.
Strategy acquired 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30 at an average purchase price of $80,318, including fees and expenses. Its holdings reached 845,050 BTC as of Aug. 30, with an aggregate purchase price of $63.73 billion and an average cost of $75,412 per Bitcoin.
Strategy funded the purchase with $369.7 million in net proceeds from Class A common-stock sales through its at-the-market program. The company sold 4,531,421 shares and generated $602.8 million in net proceeds during the period.
Strive bought 1,800 BTC between Aug. 24 and Aug. 28 for approximately $143 million at an average price of $79,431 per Bitcoin. Its holdings increased to 23,156 BTC as of Aug. 28.
The purchases extend a pattern of corporate Bitcoin accumulation, with both companies disclosing separate buying periods and funding details.
