Avalanche Hosts More Than 350 Tokenized U.S. Equities as SECZ Launches
Dinari’s Avalanche C-Chain catalog includes stocks, ETFs and REITs, while Securitize launched its tokenized common stock on Avalanche and Solana.
Avalanche is hosting more than 350 tokenized U.S. equities through Dinari, while Securitize launched its tokenized common stock, SECZ, on Avalanche and Solana.
Dinari’s Avalanche C-Chain catalog includes tokenized stocks, exchange-traded funds and real estate investment trusts. Each product is backed 1:1 by a corresponding U.S. security held through regulated custody. The catalog also includes tokenized exposure to SpaceX.
“The vision was to build the foundation for a more accessible, programmable, and globally connected capital market while preserving the investor protections that have made U.S. markets the global standard,” Dinari said.
Securitize launched SECZ on July 2. The tokens represent the same common stock traded on the New York Stock Exchange, subject to eligibility, onboarding and securities-law requirements. As of Sept. 25, SECZ was the largest individual tokenized stock by value.
“We have long said that public equities are moving onchain, and there is no stronger validation of that belief than tokenizing our own public stock on Day 1,” Securitize co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo said.
Progmat completed its Avalanche integration July 13, covering digital securities issued on its platform with a total value exceeding ¥452 billion.
An Aug. 26 filing by Avalanche Treasury Company disclosed more than $2 billion in tokenized securities associated with the Avalanche ecosystem. Tokenized equities are blockchain-based representations of stocks, ETFs or other traditional-market assets. Avalanche’s C-Chain is its smart-contract-compatible network, where Dinari’s tokenized-equity products are available.
