CEA Industries Becomes BNB Standard With Nasdaq Ticker Unchanged
The company adopted the new name Sept. 29, 2026, after BNB Standard won 47% of 5,799 votes in a five-day advisory poll.

CEA Industries became BNB Standard Corporation on Sept. 29, 2026, formalizing its shift toward managing a BNB-focused corporate treasury while keeping its Nasdaq stock ticker unchanged.
The common stock will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under BNC. The company’s warrants will retain the BNCWW and BNCWZ symbols, while outstanding stock certificates and the common stock’s CUSIP number will remain valid.
The new name followed a five-day advisory vote on X involving four proposed names. BNB Standard received approximately 47% of 5,799 votes, giving it the largest share without securing a majority.
The rebrand follows CEA Industries’ $500 million private placement, completed Aug. 5, 2025. The proceeds were intended to support a BNB-focused treasury strategy, while warrant exercises could generate up to $750 million in additional gross proceeds.
BNB holdings totaled 515,544 tokens as of July 31, 2026, with a value of $302.3 million. Digital assets, primarily BNB, represented 93.1% of total assets at that date.
“BNB Standard says what we aim to be: a benchmark for how a public company manages a BNB treasury, with discipline and transparency,” Alex Odagiu, interim president of CEA Industries, said.
The business continues to operate legacy consumer and retail operations, including Fat Panda locations in Canada. BNB is its primary treasury reserve asset, leaving its financial results and share price exposed to changes in BNB’s value.
The name change took effect Sept. 29, 2026, while the company’s trading symbols and share identifiers remained unchanged.
