The company’s stated strategy is to increase the amount of Bitcoin represented by each fully diluted share over time. Capital B reported a BTC Yield of 2.20% year to date and 0.34% quarter to date. The measure tracks the percentage change in Bitcoin holdings relative to fully diluted shares.

The year-to-date calculation used 38,467,809 issued common shares and 48,014,921 fully diluted shares. Capital B also reported a BTC Gain of 62.1 BTC and a BTC € Gain of €4.6 million since the beginning of the year.

Separately, Capital B held 61 BTC for operational needs and excluded those coins from its strategic treasury indicators. Swissquote Bank Europe executed the purchase and remains the company’s sole custodian, using custody technology from Taurus.

The transaction extends Capital B’s capital-market financing strategy for Bitcoin accumulation, which includes equity offerings, warrants and other financing tools.
