EliseAI announced a $350 million funding round at a $4 billion valuation, doubling the housing and health care software company’s valuation since its Series E round last August.

Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures co-led the financing. EliseAI was founded in 2017 and develops software that automates administrative and operational work for housing and healthcare companies.

The company said its platform is used by one in six apartments across the United States and that it surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue this summer.

Earlier this month, EliseAI launched Apollo, an artificial intelligence teammate designed to handle tasks within its platform. The company said Apollo is integrated with software used for leasing, maintenance and renewals and can work across roles on a property team.

EliseAI also helps automate patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups, including inbound calls, referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation and follow-up.
