Strive purchased 1,107 Bitcoin (BTC) for approximately $94.5 million between Sept. 21 and 25, lifting its holdings to 27,462 BTC and extending its push up the corporate Bitcoin rankings.

The company paid an average of $85,396 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses. The latest purchase followed a 1,355-BTC addition during the previous week.

Strive remains the fifth-largest public-company Bitcoin holder, behind Strategy, Twenty One, Metaplanet and MARA. CEO Matt Cole has set a goal of reaching the No. 2 position by the end of 2026, although the target is not his base-case assumption.

Passing Twenty One would require Strive to acquire 16,053 additional BTC if Twenty One’s holdings remain unchanged. Over the 13 full weeks remaining in the year, that would require an average of about 1,235 BTC per week.

SATA perpetual preferred stock sales accounted for 85% of the capital raised for the latest purchase. Warrant exercises generated $12.4 million, down from $21.2 million the prior week.
