Offramp to Stop Crypto Withdrawals as Platform Winds Down Operations

Offramp is scheduled to stop cryptocurrency withdrawals Sept. 30 as the cross-border crypto-finance platform winds down operations.
The platform, which primarily serves freelancers in Latin America, disabled transfers, QR payments, deposits and investment functions July 1. It is also scheduled to stop fiat deposits and withdrawals and cryptocurrency deposits July 31, while discontinuing its physical and virtual cards and mobile app.
Offramp’s savings and investment accounts are scheduled to close Dec. 31, when the platform will formally cease operations. The withdrawal deadline leaves users with a limited window to move cryptocurrency before the final shutdown.
