Flow Engineering has secured $50 million in Series B funding at a $750 million valuation, giving the San Francisco software company capital to develop AI tools for complex hardware projects.

The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners, and Gavin Baker, managing partner at Atreides Management. Sequoia Capital also participated after leading Flow’s $23 million Series A announced in November 2025.

Flow develops systems-engineering software that connects product requirements, computer-aided design, simulations, code and tests. Its AI agents analyze engineering changes, trace effects across connected systems and check requirements and test coverage.

Systems engineering coordinates mechanical, electrical and software components while verifying that a complex product meets its specifications. Flow is targeting aerospace, defense and automotive applications, including work involving Rivian, Anduril, Joby, Stoke Space, General Motors PPU and RV Tech.

The new capital will fund hiring across artificial intelligence and systems engineering, improvements to review and evaluation tools, FedRAMP authorization and other certifications, and sales growth.

Other participants included Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey and EQT. Thomas Wolf, Jonas von Malottki and Nico Rosberg also invested. Roelof Botha made a personal investment and will serve as an independent director on Flow’s board.

“Every hardware company now has to decide how fast it will adopt AI, and those that move first will win their markets,” Flow founder and CEO Pari Singh said.

“Flow is building the OS on which physical products are specified, verified, and eventually designed,” Baker said.
