Sweat Foundation to End Existing Sweat Wallet Format Dec. 30

Sweat Foundation plans to end Sweat Wallet’s existing operating format on Dec. 30 after the current model failed to achieve sustainable profitability, while SWEAT will remain on NEAR and bridged EVM networks.

The foundation plans to announce further arrangements in the first week of December. When the claim and Grow Jar contracts close, unclaimed SWEAT and savings balances will be sent to corresponding NEAR accounts.

The change concerns Sweat Wallet’s existing operating format. The Sweatcoin app, operated by a separate company, will continue running.
