Armadin Raises $255.5 Million at a Valuation Above $2.5 Billion
The Series B brings the cybersecurity startup’s total funding to more than $445 million as it develops agentic swarms for enterprise defense testing.

Armadin raised $255.5 million in a Series B at a valuation above $2.5 billion, giving the cybersecurity startup more capital to develop its approach to testing enterprise defenses with agentic swarms.
Andreessen Horowitz and Accel co-led the round. Bain Capital Ventures, Redpoint, 8VC, Ballistic Ventures, Google Ventures, In-Q-Tel, Kleiner Perkins and Menlo Ventures also participated. The financing brings Armadin’s total funding to more than $445 million.
Founded by Kevin Mandia, who previously started Mandiant, Armadin runs always-on agentic swarms that chain vulnerabilities together to break into systems. The approach is intended to help organizations find and fix vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them.
The round follows Armadin’s $190 million Series A in March, six months earlier.
