AMD Reaches $8.2 Billion Agreement to Acquire World Labs

AMD reached an agreement Sept. 28 to acquire World Labs for about $8.2 billion in stock, a deal that would bring the artificial intelligence lab’s spatial-intelligence technology and senior talent into the chipmaker.
