Elon Musk acknowledged relevant discussions concerning rumors of potential cooperation between Terafab and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC).
Terafab is a project jointly operated by Tesla and SpaceX. It will be located in Austin and aims to reach one trillion watts of computing capacity per year, most of which must be used in space.
The project's first phase has an investment of $16.8 billion.
