OpenWorld Proposes Blocksight Deal to Add AI Tools for Tokenized Assets
The proposed acquisition would support OpenWorld Enterprise, which is still in development. It requires final board approval and signed transaction documents.

OpenWorld, Inc. has proposed acquiring Blocksight Holdings Co. to add tools for structuring and servicing tokenized real-world assets to its institutional platform, which remains under development.
The deal requires final approval from OpenWorld’s board and signed transaction documents. The companies are still working on the documents, and OpenWorld has said there is no guarantee they will be signed or that the acquisition will close.
Blocksight’s artificial intelligence agents are designed to support several stages of an asset’s lifecycle, including deal structuring, asset-data checks, investor onboarding, daily reporting and ongoing servicing. They can run across multiple blockchains and connect directly to distribution platforms. Key decisions require human approval.
OpenWorld Enterprise is being developed to let institutions access, verify and hold tokenized real-world asset opportunities. OpenWorld may serve as a co-principal and co-architect for assets on the platform.
The proposal follows OpenWorld’s start of Nasdaq trading after its combination with VerifyMe on Oct. 1. If the acquisition closes, Blocksight co-founders Patrick Kim and Peter Hong are expected to join OpenWorld and help integrate the technology.
OpenWorld co-founder and CEO Matthew Shaw described the proposal as an important step for the company as it begins its public-company chapter, and said it could strengthen the foundation of its institutional tokenization platform.
