MTCM Securities has launched Talea DRN notes that combine conventional securities and digital tokens, with shared collateral and economic rights across both formats.

Investors can hold each note as a conventional security identified by an ISIN or as an ERC-3643 digital token. Both forms share the same audit structure.

Traditional transactions can settle through Clearstream or Euroclear. Digital tokens may be transferred only by investors who have completed identity verification. Subscriptions are available using fiat currency, cryptocurrency or stablecoins.

Bank Frick, a Liechtenstein bank, serves as the digital asset partner and payment agent. The notes are structured in both formats from issuance, rather than created by tokenizing existing securities.
