AsiaStrategy and Plume Plan Tokenization Venture Outside the U.S.

AsiaStrategy and Plume are considering a venture to design, issue and distribute tokenized real-world asset products in Asia and other markets outside the United States, with Sora Ventures supporting regional sourcing and distribution efforts.

Plume would provide technology, infrastructure and related regulatory qualifications for the proposed venture. AsiaStrategy and Sora Ventures would focus on sourcing assets and developing distribution and capital-markets channels in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.

The parties are considering products that combine traditional assets with compliant onchain issuance. Product details, structures and rollout order remain under discussion, and no products have been issued.
