ASP Data Center has outlined projects in Norway and Finland as its contracted revenue backlog nears 2 billion Norwegian kroner, highlighting planned data center capacity in the Nordic region.

A 6-megawatt customer agreement brought ASP’s contracted backlog close to 2 billion kroner. The company also raised 1.6 billion kroner in a September bond issue for growth and refinancing.

ASP operates and develops data center sites in western Norway. It lists at least 43 megawatts of available and planned capacity in the country, with potential to reach about 100 megawatts.

The company also has a project planned in Finland. Its first phase is set at 30 megawatts, with potential for the site to exceed 400 megawatts.

ASP Eiendom AS is identified as ASP’s owner, and the company describes itself as privately owned.
