AnchorageDigital has acquired business-to-business payments platform Routable, adding infrastructure for stablecoin settlement as it targets larger enterprise customers.

The transaction was announced Oct. 7 at 4:02 a.m. ET (08:02 UTC). Financial terms were not disclosed.

Routable provides developer-focused application programming interfaces that help businesses onboard and verify recipients while automating tax and compliance processes. Its platform supports batch payments to creators, contractors and sellers in fiat currencies and stablecoins across more than 220 countries.

The acquisition expands AnchorageDigital’s target customer base beyond crypto-native companies to traditional financial institutions entering digital assets, as well as large technology companies and Fortune 500 businesses with high-volume payment needs.

Routable will operate under a new brand. Stablecoin and tokenized-deposit products are expected to be introduced over the coming quarters.
