Noah has completed a $38 million seed funding round to expand its stablecoin-based cross-border payment services for businesses and individuals.

Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe and Felix Capital participated, along with multiple notable angel investors.

The stablecoin payments infrastructure company plans to direct the proceeds toward its international remittance business and broader regulatory presence. The expansion is intended to support cross-border payments for both companies and individual customers.
