BitGo Bank & Trust, N.A. has opened Ether (ETH) staking through the Lido protocol for eligible U.S. customers using existing BitGo accounts.

Customers can stake ETH from their BitGo accounts, hold the resulting stETH and exchange stETH back into ETH on the same platform.

BitGo first made the service available to customers in Europe and Asia in July 2025. The U.S. launch extends that offering to eligible customers in the country.
