Moomoo plans to integrate Crossover Markets’ CROSSx electronic communication network into its U.S. digital-asset offering, expanding access to liquidity providers and counterparties through NY4 routing infrastructure.

Crossover Markets announced the partnership Oct. 7, 2026. CROSSx is an execution-only venue for digital-asset trading rather than a custody or brokerage platform. Its system uses quote-driven matching, interaction rules and smart order routing for institutional users.

The network provides order-to-acknowledgment matching in less than 10 microseconds and is designed to manage bursts of market data and order requests during periods of high volatility. The announcement did not specify when the integration will become operational, which assets or states will be covered, or whether retail orders will receive the full advertised matching speed.

“Digital asset markets are maturing quickly,” Neil McDonald, CEO of Moomoo U.S., said.

Moomoo serves more than 30 million investors globally. The company launched U.S. crypto trading in May 2025 using Coinbase’s Crypto-as-a-Service infrastructure and initially offering 32 coins.

Crypto trading is available in California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and additional states. Texas users can trade 32 cryptocurrencies, with fees as low as 0.49%.

“We are excited to partner with Moomoo on their crypto offering,” Anthony Mazzarese, co-founder and chief commercial officer of Crossover Markets, said.
