KoreInside and Digital Motion Corporation announced a partnership on Oct. 7 to help issuers connect regulated tokenized securities with Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche and Base.

The planned collaboration combines KoreInside’s securities infrastructure with Digital Motion’s blockchain architecture and Web3 execution support. It is designed to keep ownership rights, investor eligibility conditions and transfer restrictions connected to a security’s on-chain activity.

Digital Motion will help determine suitable blockchain architectures, coordinate technical implementation and align token behavior with the requirements of the underlying security. The company plans to use its proprietary SPL-4133 security-token standard for deployments on Solana.

KoreInside’s infrastructure covers issuance, identity, compliance, payments, ownership administration and blockchain interoperability. Controls will vary according to the offering structure, jurisdiction, investor requirements and proposed transaction.

“The breakthrough comes when the infrastructure governing a security can work with the infrastructure that moves it on-chain,” Oscar A. Jofre, co-founder and CEO of KoreInside, said.

Tokenized securities require more than the creation of a digital token. They also carry ownership rights, investor-eligibility conditions, transfer restrictions and continuing obligations that must remain connected as assets move across public networks.

“Web3 has opened a new environment for financial assets, and issuers need a reliable connection into it,” Zach Landau, CEO of Digital Motion Corporation, said.

The partnership supports planned projects rather than confirming a completed blockchain connection or securities deployment. No live deployment, customer, transaction value, regulatory approval or launch date was identified.
