OSL Group Tokenizes USDGO Fund for Hong Kong Professional Investors
The USDGO Plus SP fund targets crypto derivatives funding-rate spreads and returned 16.67% since inception through Oct. 7, before fees.

OSL Group has completed the on-chain tokenization and issuance of 2WA’s USDGO Plus SP fund, opening access to eligible professional investors in Hong Kong through the licensed OSL HK platform.
The fund seeks to generate market-neutral returns by capturing funding-rate differences in crypto derivatives markets instead of relying on directional price moves. It returned 16.67% since inception through Oct. 7, while its annualized return over the previous 30 days was 17.05%. Both figures were before fees.
2WA launched USDGO Plus SP in August 2026 as the first market-neutral fund built around USDGO, an enterprise-grade U.S. dollar stablecoin regulated at the federal level. USDGO is the fund’s underlying asset.
OSL provides custody for the tokenized fund interests and the USDGO held by the fund. Eligible professional investors can use the OSL HK application to subscribe to and redeem their interests.
OSL has more than $1 billion in digital-asset insurance protection in Hong Kong. The tokenization gives the fund a blockchain-based issuance and custody structure while keeping access limited to the professional-investor market in Hong Kong.
