NUVA has launched HOME, an ERC-20 token offering eligible non-U.S. investors on-chain exposure to returns from U.S. residential home equity lines of credit.

The product requires a minimum investment of 1 USDC. Its investment vault will initially hold home equity credit lines originated by Figure Technology Solutions, giving token holders exposure to a portfolio rather than direct ownership of individual loans.

NUVA is targeting a 7% annual yield, with the target adjusted monthly. Interest income from the loans and the performance of the underlying assets will be reflected in the vault’s net asset value and HOME’s price.

Access is currently restricted to eligible investors outside the United States. NUVA will enforce the geographic limits through wallet screening and IP-address controls.

The launch puts a traditionally institution-focused segment of U.S. residential credit into a blockchain-based investment structure, adding mortgage-linked real-world assets to crypto markets.
