Securitize Launches Tokenized U.S. Stocks on Solana for Eligible Investors
The platform offers 1:1-backed security entitlements to shares in companies including Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla and Amazon, with trades settling in USDC.

Securitize launched a platform for eligible investors to trade tokenized U.S. stocks on Solana, using blockchain-based claims backed by underlying shares and settling transactions in USDC.
The initial lineup includes companies such as Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla and Amazon. Securitize’s registered broker-dealer will handle the transactions.
The company said each token represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8 rather than only tracking a stock’s price. Investors may receive dividends, voting rights and other applicable economic or ownership-related benefits tied to the underlying shares. The entitlements may also be converted into direct shares when issuer-sponsored tokenization is available.
Trading will initially be offered during extended hours. Securitize plans to move toward continuous, 24/7 availability, while future expansion to the planned NYSE digital trading venue and OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue remains subject to regulatory and operational requirements.
Jump Trading will provide market-making and liquidity through Securitize’s Solana PropAMM. Ripple Prime and Aave are exploring institutional uses for the tokenized equities, including trading, lending and collateral applications.
