Richelieu Hardware Posts $562 Million Revenue, $0.53 Non-GAAP EPS

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. posted third-quarter revenue of $562 million and non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.53, with revenue increasing 12.6% from a year earlier.

EBITDA rose 14.8% to $65.5 million. The results included a $3 million refund of U.S. customs tariffs.

Richelieu Hardware’s working capital stood at $702.6 million as of Aug. 31, 2026, representing a current ratio of 3.2-to-1. Net cash totaled $50.9 million on the same date.
